ARR tracked is the total annualized recurring revenue of the customer base connected to Arcliftio. This is the revenue data imported from your billing integrations (Stripe, Chargebee, etc.), not your company's internal ARR. If you connect multiple billing systems, ARR is aggregated across all connected sources.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you downgrade from Growth to Insight, custom cohort definitions and Snowflake connections are preserved for 30 days in case you upgrade again.

Yes — all tiers include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. During the trial, you have full access to the tier's features. At the end of the trial, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue.

Insight: Stripe and HubSpot. Growth: Stripe, Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce, Chargebee, and Snowflake. Scale: All integrations, including Braze and Mixpanel. New integrations are rolled out to all tiers that include them — you won't need to upgrade for integrations added to your tier after purchase.

Annual billing is 20% off the monthly rate, billed as a single payment upfront. Insight annual: $3,828/yr (vs. $4,788 monthly). Growth annual: $8,628/yr (vs. $10,788 monthly). Scale annual: $19,188/yr (vs. $23,988 monthly). Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days.

Insight includes email support with 2-business-day response time. Growth adds priority email plus a dedicated Slack channel with the Arcliftio team. Scale adds a dedicated customer success manager and 4-hour SLA. All tiers include documentation access and onboarding resources.
